Ice Breaking Trip @ Lost World of Tambun + Sungkai Hot Spring

Hi, 
Are you up for our ice breaking trip on the 10th and 11th July 2010 (Saturday and Sunday)???
Here is the time flow for our ice-breaking trip:




Day 1 (10th July 2010)

7.00 am   Gather at stad building
7.15 am   Briefing and preparation & forming of team
8.00am    Depart from MMU Cyberjaya
12.00pm  Arrive at "Lost World of Tambun"
                Lunch
                Briefing for Games and Activities
1.00pm    Station game starts
4.30pm    Free Activities ( Enjoy the facilites around the waterpark)
6.00pm    Bath and Pack Up, prepare to leave "Lost World of Tambun"
7.00pm    Photo Session
7.15pm    Depart from "Lost World of Tambun"
7.30pm   Arrive at "Homestay" accomodation (air-con)
7.45pm   Dinner
8.45pm   Prize Giving Ceremony
               Night Activities
11.00pm Go to Bed


Day 2 (11th July 2010)
9.00am   Morning Call
9.20am   Breakfast
               Bath and Relax
               Pack things up and prepare to leave
10.30am  Depart from accommodation to Ipoh Town
11.00am  Arrive at Ipoh Town
                Lunch
                Shopping at souvenir shops
1.00pm  Depart from Ipoh Town to Sungkai Hot Spring
2.10pm  Arrive at Sungkai Hot Spring
              Free Activities
              Bath
5.10pm  Photo Session
5.30pm  Depart from Sungkai Hot Spring to MMU Cyberjaya
9.30pm  Arrive at MMU Cyberjaya


We would suggest you to bring:
- DAILY USE: toiletries(toothbrush/paste,body and hair shampoo); clothes for 2 days use(extras for Tambun and Sungkai); towel; plastic bags; snacks(in case you get hungry easily)
- COMPULSORY: sandals; pen(for note taking)
- OPTIONAL: mosquito repellent; sunblock; caps, torch light
- Note: Female are advised not to wear white t-shirts because of the water activities                                           ( For protecting yourself )

Reminder:
~Bring sufficient amount of cash. Tourism Club should not be held liable to any damages or lost of belongings.
~Please be punctual to ensure the smoothness of this program. We are looking forward to have a splendid time with all on this weekend getaway.
~Please be reminded that, lunch for 2nd day is not included. Make sure you bring sufficient amount of cash as you may also buy some souvenirs  at Ipoh Town.

Tourism Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2010/2011

Hi everyone,


First of all, we would like to welcome all those new members to join Tourism Club. And very thanks for the support. =)

Tourism Club will be having the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:-
Date: 6th July 2010
Time: 08:00PM
Venue: XR 1002 (opposite to the Library)
For your information, one of the agenda in this AGM is to announce Tourism Club's upcoming trips as well as events. We will also take this opportunity to further introduce Tourism Club and the high committees for this whole academic year. :)


This is a great opportunity for you all to bond with each other, especially for new members and committees!
SAPS point and refreshments will be provided.
So, dont forget to attend ya :D
