can i know why are the high committee from president to the director of certain trips is all chinese? can u guys explain that? and 1 more thing. can u guys also explain why are the committee of a certain trip are comprising of chinese? even he/she didnt attend lesser amount of meeting compare to someone who attended more meeting than that person? because of what? he/she a chinese? sorry to say this,im not racist n hated the chinese but isn't this tourism club? not a chinese society tourism club? hope u guys could answer my question n make me clearer bout this tourism club objectives n mission. or else i have to go ask the higher authority to make my doubt about this. thanks by the way for noticing this.. =D

First of all, I, we're truly sorry for what you feel as a discrimination. But I can Assure you that there's no such thiing in Tourism Club.
The higher committees and directors are very important positions and are selected and voted by the senior comms and high comms through elections. I'm sorry but we can't control the voting right of them.
In the general meetings, which is announced through smses and Facebook by our secretary, we passed out a list of recruiting the comms and every one of them can choose which to join..Perhaps you missed one? >.<
Yes, this is tourism club. the is NOT a Chinese Society club and the last thing we wanna do is to maKe it a Chinese Society CLub.but still, We hereby owe you a sincerest apology that you're feeling so..

Hey Tourism Club!
Okay.. I give u 1 situation.. There's two person,A n B.. They started to join Tourism Club and being chosen to go for an interview for the high committees.. After the interview,A n B got to become high committees.. But then A didn't go for follow ups in meeting since the day he get accepted as a high committee.. And B,comes to every meeting.. After a while,A got selected to be a committee member of a trip while B didn't get the offer.. Can u explained that?
And why for every meeting the slideshow of certain2 thing must include chinese wording? As i told earlier,this is not chinese society club where all the members are chinese n they know what everything means.. this is a tourism club.. n it comprising of many different background of people..
N u say the president post until the high committee post is being voted.. okay.. i get it now.. its sometimes unfair for others because as i was informed that since the last2 years,the high post have been hold by chinese.. I guess its unfair because other races n nationalities couldnt hold that high post even until they graduated.. i hope u can solved my question here..
by the way,i just want to see what happens next since the president himself answer my question.. in my opinion,why dont we just eliminates the member other than chinese race not to become tourism club members since everyone in the club is chinese n control by chinese.. i got also some evidence i received that tourism club only chooses those who r chinese to become the high committees.. i hope that this matter could be solved..

1.I think you had misunderstood the meaning and position of between high committee and committee of their club. As I know, they will only interview the committee become trips committee but high committee position only being in charge others things but not involve in trips organization. May be you get the wrong information or something else?
2. I'm not sure what are the slide that you said with Chinese word in EVERY meeting. I join this club for 1 year and attend more than 10 meeting but never see any slide with Chinese word.
3. The high committee position will only be selected based on the committee performance in the club and of course their behaviour and attitude. Not based on races. Is nothings fair or unfair because committee do that based on votes.
4. I'm not sure with the evidence that you holding but I saw there is others races even nationality committee attend meeting.Are you sure they don't have any others race and nationality as committee??
In the first post you said you are not racist but How come I felt your second post is keep attacking Chinese? i hope u can solved my question here..

Okay. I am Beh..the current president of this club. =) I will try my best to answer all your questions
1st: The situation u gave.. A is chosen MAY be due to a lot of good reasons.. such as previous performance or background that MAY be SUITABLE for the post.. B, on the other hand, TOO, is Not chosen due to VARIOUS GOOD reasons..for instance, the comms for the trip are full.. and so on.. I'm very sorry but we don't have to ability to utilize too many comms for just a single trip. I sincerely apologize on that.
2nd: The slide thingy. =) lol i'm very sorry but I don't really think our official slides will contain anu chinese words. But I will inform our secretary to check it through again.. thX by the way. =D But still, a few chinese words in the slides won't make us a Chinese Society won't it? =) I'm aware that the Comms are comprising of different races and background and I can assure you that we are trying our best to satisfy all of their needs =)
3rd: The voting system is probably used by alot of clubs out there and its quite MMU-legally accepted. Once again, we cannot control what people vote and what the results turned out to be. I'm sure that we follow the procedure and nothing is on biAs. =) This only thing wrong with this club is that we have a lot of chinese. HAha I can be honest with you on that. But don't most clubs have this problem? =) I'm sorry if we somehow offended you in terms of racism but we REALLY don't mean that.. All I meant is that we really can't control who is being chosen.. Even if we wanted to do so, we don't have the power!
4th: basically the same as question 3 =) I try not to bore you by repeating.. ^^ and uh, we will never "eliminate" anybody.. Everyone has their free will and right to choose which club.
I hope this helps. I really hope so. Try to not see me as any high comms. I am just a Tourism Club Committee trying to offer a solution to another Tourism Club committee.

first of all , i would love to give u a token or two of compliments for the good points u pointed out like no one else..To me, u seem to care a lot about Tourism Club and have a lot of things to express from ur bottom of ur heart..
But, from ur comments.. when i read from line to line, i somehow feel that u are very unsatisfied with the action of the board? And from all the comments, the problem u voiced up was all related to one word -----> RACE!
AM I NOT RIGHT? all ur words was spinned from the high committee board to the trip committee section and back to the CHINESE-COLONISED CLUB problem...DO I NOT VOICE UP WHAT U HAVE IN UR CENTRAL NEVERVOUS SYSTEM, MY LITTLE FREN?
TO U , Anonymous, Tourism Club aint a chinese monopolised club, it is a race-free club k? we dont practice any Racism-culture here..we love all kinda people and we make good frenz and good partner out of them in TC..BReak free pal..ur efforts to be a part of TOurism Club will be discovered soon and pls dont give up TOurism CLub k?
